On the edge of the Parc des Ecrins at 1650m, nestled in the peaceful little village of le Lauzet, 5kms away from the ski slopes of Serre Chevalier Vallée and the fabulous new Thermal Baths at Monêtier les Bains, Hélène & Daniel (mountain guide/ski instructor) invite you to stay in the comfort of their gite, tastefully converted from the original village school and the old vicarage.
The minute your holiday begins you can relax and enjoy a cosy mountain welcome in the company of family and friends.
Every evening Hélène cooks a carefully chosen mix of delicious local and international cuisine which you’ll share with your hosts and other guests in front of the open fire in the ancient vaulted dining room.
The gite accepts both individuals and groups and offers the choice of sharing a room with others, depending on your budget.
Accommodation: Room sleeping groups of 4/5 in single and bunk beds. Family room with a double bed and 3 bunk beds. Family rooms may be booked for 2 only subject to availability.
We have a large comfortable lounge with open fire and a corner with fridge, storage and self-catering facilities for your lunch and teatime snacks.
Dogs are allowed under conditions.
